Everybody was so friendly and helpful.
We were after a corner sofa for our caravan, but fell in love with another sofa that was to big, we bought the corner sofa and 4 seater that day and delivered that day. It was on sale from, £7,608 to £3.001, and we took the 1 at our house to the caravan .
Not pushy just very helpful and all seemed happy working thier .

The delivery men Shaun and Phil were very polite and helpful on the hottest day on record and provided a very good service

This retailer is very bad in terms of delivery. They get the sale and give no guarantee or any service post the sale. But they push for a sale always.

I received a callback today to resolve my issues I have with my furniture.
Elle Kym called me she was very polite and friendly whilst remaining very professional. Her greeting was great firstly she apologised for the issues I was having ,she listened to what I had to say which felt like she cared.She then explained the next process what I need to go through clearly. I just hope all the staff at FV are like her, she provides a really good customer service experience I feel she is an asset to your company.

Must say how refreshing it was to be served by the team in Ipswich again. We wanted something quick and Jerry showed us the clearance and explained the whole process to us calmly and professionally. We got our sofa through Gavin and he was so pleasant too. Top service.

It was my first purchase with the company and I used the chat section then a member of staff, Kelly, rang and was very accommodating with my needs, thank you.

Ordered a glass table and 6 chairs in January 2021 - store was up-front about delivery times - no issue. Table/Chairs were a few weeks late, not a big issue - table arrived chipped and a chair taken away by deliverymen as it was torn. It is now 20th July 2022 (yes , you are not misreading that) and blaming everything under the sun after 10+ months we've managed to work out the table and chair is made by a company in Germany and all the rubbish and lies about there being logistics problems / shortages just are simply unfounded and untrue (I work in international logistics and supply chain and offered our own transport). I am still, despite chasing week after week without my order. No one at the complaints or contact centres take ownership and I am constantly left chasing. 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS since ordering I don't have what I paid for.
